About the Role:

As a Sales Representative at HERD, you are the driving force behind our growth.

Your focus is exclusively on the pursuit of new business that is winning transactions from new customers and transactions from new product categories for existing customers.

We'll start you on a salary, commensurate with your experience. Then at every step, we'll ensure you're paid your market value (or better), _and_ we'll work hard, every day, to boost that value

And we'll make sure you will have plenty of people to talk to. HERD is a highly respected name in the trucking accessories industry. Truck owners and drivers want HERD guards on their trucks and dealers want to sell HERD guards to them.

The good news doesn't stop there.

In this sales role—unlike pretty much every other—there's no admin work.

None You don't have to process orders, generate quotes, resolve issues or deal with the usual fuss that impairs other salespeople's productivity.

Oh, and one more thing. You don't have to travel. This role is based in Winnipeg. You'll do your consultative selling with a headset and a web conference.


What experience should you have?
You'll be comfortable in a busy sales environment. You'll have the smarts to rapidly pick up our portfolio. Enthusiastically articulating our products and services will quickly become second nature.

Ideally, you will have previous experience selling to—or working in—trucking or automotive sales.
