Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Assist clients with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.
  • Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Educate clients on best practices for using IT systems and software.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products and services.
  • Assist in the development of support documentation and FAQs.
  • Provide input on improvements to support processes and procedures.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
