    Duties and Responsibilities:

    ● Execute defined role as Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner for Production, Scientific, Warehouse, DCs and Procurement functions as they relate in D365

    ● Manage direct report(s) to in development and testing of business analysis, requirements definition, process development, and stakeholder management

    ● Mentor and develop direct reports in business analysis and product ownership

    ● Develop and teach standard framework for business requirements definition within team and to business

    ● Build department to provide vision, direction, and drive enhancements in enterprise applications to delivery value and alignment with business objectives

    ● Be a trusted technology leader who contributes to the definition of business technology strategy, understands business problems and conditions, communicates, and translates business vision and requirements to partner teams, oversees internal and external collaborations

    ● Champion a portfolio of technology programs / projects including management of in-flight investments, business planning, investments prioritization, and budget management.

    ● Be focused on flawless execution, program / projects oversight and management, translating business needs into requirements, directing project team members, and coordinating progress of work.

    ● Liaise with other IT teams to form a comprehensive IT pillar at Deciem

    ● Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    ● Proficient in Production, Quality Management, Warehouse and other Supply Chain modules of ERP systems and their integration with other modules

    ● Proficient in the entire Demand to Production process in a mixed manufacturing environment

    ● Strong understanding of supply chain finance concepts, in particular inventory valuation and costing

    ● Effective communication skills within multiple levels of a global matrix organization

    ● Experience in implementation and sustainment of Tier 1 ERP solutions

    ● Supporting modern business intelligence stack and normal business reporting technology

    ● Configuring and customizing D365 and supporting platforms

    ● Working within a manufacturing firm where sales order entry, shop order execution, inventory management, forecasting, material requirements planning, and procurement are mission critical processes

    ● Working closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics and QA to ensure operational ERP information flows

    ● Working within a global organization and understanding the challenges that are presented by multiple languages, currencies and cultures

    ● Delivering detailed business requirements and test cases for systems enhancements

    ● Possessing a working knowledge of the ITIL processes including Incident Management, Change Management, and Release Management

    ● 5 or more years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is required

    ● 5 or more years of experience in one of Discrete Manufacturing or Retail with business process mapping experience is required

    ● 2+ years of people management and /or leadership experience is required

    ● Relevant education in Business Analyzing OR equivalent work experience is an asset

    Salary range is 105K-118K + 13.5% bonus
