Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your electrical engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll contribute to delivering high-quality electrical designs that meet project requirements and timelines.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (e.g., mechanical designers, system engineers, and project managers), ensure configuration management of deliverables, and continuously improve processes through Return on Experience (REX) management from previous projects.
You'll specifically take care of designing train electrical architecture, cubicle layouts, and wiring routes, but also specifying electrical apparatus and producing pure principle schemes (PPS).
We'll look to you for:
Delivering the right product at the right moment to the project
Producing apparatus specifications, connector coding specifications, and cubicle specifications
Creating and managing electrical deliverables such as PPS, SPS, CPS, routing, and wiring lists
Supporting harness case design and calculations
Ensuring adherence to Preferred Parts List (PPL) and project standards
Managing subcontracting activities, including input and output deliverables

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
2-3+ years of experience in electrical and electrotechnical engineering
Proficiency in electrical CAD tools (e.g., E3 or similar) with at least 2-3 years of experience
Experience in creating and modifying electrical schematics
Knowledge of cable selection and sizing, as well as other electrical components
Familiarity with panel or harness manufacturing production support
Railway industry experience is a plus
Experience with Catia V5 is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in French & English
Organized, resilient, and hands-on approach
Able to work in an international, multi-site, and matrix organization structure
Proactive mindset with a focus on process and deliverable improvement
