    Job Overview

    Reporting to the Manager, Lease Documentation, as the Commercial Leasing Administrator you will provide support to the Commercial Leasing department. You also support teams or individuals and handle a variety of Administrative and clerical tasks related to commercial leasing.

    Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing leasing document execution packages, and distributing documents to appropriate departments.
  • Updating and maintaining file management which includes circulating documents and invoices to internal departments for final processing, including broker commissions and search invoices.
  • Maintaining building specific lists including exclusives and restritives, pylon signage, addressing, legal descriptions and listing agreements.
  • Preparing from standard templates, lease documentation including, but not limited to, offers to lease, waiver letters, and leases.
  • Working with marketing team to ensure materials (i.e. site plans) are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborating leasing team to request appropriate searches, and performing credit checks.
  • Providing support to leasing team as required.

  • Essential Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • A diploma in or currently enrolled in legal administration, paralegal, business, or related coursework in real estate administration.
  • Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
  • Comfortable using office equipment, Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint).
  • Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working with property management system (Yardi) and CRM software programs is considered an asset.

    You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Travel to sites may occasionally be requested.
