- Preparing leasing document execution packages, and distributing documents to appropriate departments.
- Updating and maintaining file management which includes circulating documents and invoices to internal departments for final processing, including broker commissions and search invoices.
- Maintaining building specific lists including exclusives and restritives, pylon signage, addressing, legal descriptions and listing agreements.
- Preparing from standard templates, lease documentation including, but not limited to, offers to lease, waiver letters, and leases.
- Working with marketing team to ensure materials (i.e. site plans) are up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborating leasing team to request appropriate searches, and performing credit checks.
- Providing support to leasing team as required.

- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- A diploma in or currently enrolled in legal administration, paralegal, business, or related coursework in real estate administration.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Comfortable using office equipment, Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint).
- Experience working with property management system (Yardi) and CRM software programs is considered an asset.
