Review the locate request
Doing the assessment to determine whether a physical site locate is required
Based on the cleared or locate required status of each ticket, notifying excavators regarding the goahead for work or locate is required before any ground disturbance
Sending tickets from clearing center to CLI's "Locatorbase" for assigning to the locators by area dispatcher
Ensuring locates are completed with 100% accuracy
Ensuring that tickets are not sent for locating prior to being screened by the clearing process
Audit Gas vital mains and gas mains
Audit relocated of locates for missing or incorrect sketches/information
Followup the audit correction process with Field Supervisor and Dispatch team
Coordinate with Field Supervisor to contact concern person regarding missing of incorrect records used to process tickets
Generate monthly report outlining the total number of tickets cleared
Assist in any specific project or admin tasks as per the project coordinator instruction

Qualifications

Education . High school/ College Diploma or other equivalent education
Locating experience is required
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and general computer functions
Multitask and perform well in a very fastpace and highpressure environment
Work independently and in a team dynamic
Open to learn and take on new challenges with a positive mindset
Possess proficient communication and interpersonal skills
