Whether for weddings, corporate events, golf tournaments or social occasions, we work closely with each client assessing their functional needs, reviewing their site logistics, considering their budgetary framework, and designing the optimum tenting and flooring solution to suit their needs.


  • This position reports to 10 Carson Court, Brampton ON L6T 4P8_

Responsibilities
Here are some highlights of what the job will entail:

  • Provide knowledgeable insight to clients on our products and services informing them how we can help meet and exceed their needs and expectations
  • Prepare and process detailed client quotes, site visits, booked orders, site visit and layout logistics, and design renderings (sketch up) as requested
  • Travel (usually in personal vehicle) to job sites first; to review logistics, determine tenting products/solutions with client then again for installation. Travel will occur within the Greater Toronto/Hamilton Areas, Halton, Peel, Durham, Niagara, and Muskoka regions and beyond as needed.
  • Meet crews onsite to coordinate operational needs and if needed in advance, facilitate preevent meetings with sales staff and operations/warehouse teams.
  • Physical tasks include install/dismantle tenting, flooring, and related accessories, repetitive moving and lifting of tenting materials in varying weights and sizes weighing up to 60lbs/28kgs
  • Creating a safe environment on job sites by ensuring the safety of our clients and crew members by identifying and communicating any potential hazards to crew leaders

Qualifications
What does it take to be a successful member in this role?

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Event Rental or Hospitability industry
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales or Marketing role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and/or 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Valid and in good standing class G Ontario Driver's License
  • Operate a personal vehicle for work related travel to/from office each day and job sites (km reimbursement occurs twice a month)
  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
