About the role
The Market Research department is responsible for identifying new potential customers for the organization.

The Research Data Analyst will support the operations of the Company's Worldwide lead & customer expansion program through customer research, database updates, management of customer lists, lead dissemination, and modification.

What you'll be working on

Gather and validate information on prospective new customers
Customer mapping/coding initiatives for new customer identification
Data extraction from external databases (Dun & Bradstreet and Apollo)
Provide support for departmental initiatives and projects
Organize information into tables and files.

We're looking for someone with

Strong analytical and research skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Basic Microsoft Access (advanced knowledge an asset)
Experience with CRM systems (Oracle or Peoplesoft an asset).
