    LotusFlare is a provider of cloud-native SaaS products based in Silicon Valley. The company designs, builds, and evolves a digital commerce and monetization platform that delivers valuable outcomes for enterprises. Its platform, Digital Network Operator (DNO) Cloud, is licensed to telecommunications service providers and supports millions of customers globally. LotusFlare also designed and built the leading eSIM travel product, Nomad, which provides global data connectivity in over 190 countries.

    Responsibilities

    • Communicate with the hiring manager to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs
    • Write job descriptions and post to relevant media platforms
    • Screen applicants for competency with the job requirements
    • Arrange telephone, video, or in-person interviews
    • Perform background and reference checks
    • Present resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager
    • Offer job positions and complete the relevant paperwork
    • Keep track of all applicants and keep them informed on the application process
    • Forecast recruitment needs

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree or certification in HR
    • A good understanding of technology and technical skills, with a focus on software engineering; roles may include Server Engineer, Infrastructure / SRE Engineer, Support Engineer, etc.
    • 6+ years of equivalent experience in a high-performing IT company
    • Experience in a full cycle of recruitment processes and platforms
    • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
    • Demonstrated experience meeting aggressive recruiting targets
