Analyze and respond to user issues, incidents, problem reports, and inquiries in a timely manner, analyzing and taking the appropriate course of action and/or advising appropriate parties required to resolve them.

Develop reports, correspondence, and other supporting documents; participates on committees and task forces; attends meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
Develop business needs and elicits business requirements into functional technical requirements and solution design for small changes or break-fixes.
Perform configuration, administration, and maintenance of all systems based on business and regulatory requirements.

Analyze vendor-driven release notes, feature specifications, and upgrade change lists and create/execute custom test scripts with an understanding of impact to business.

Responsible for troubleshooting, analysis, issue reproduction, issue logging, testing and validation of fixes and enhancements for all systems.
Perform bill print quality assurance for production issues, enhancements or because of project work.
Manage data integrity by recommending and performing batch updates, and analyzing, and documentation all data mapping efforts.
Travel to various operating units as required in support of company and departmental objectives.
Other duties as assigned. Requirements
High School Completion plus a minimum of two courses related to computer science, information systems, business administration, or finance.
Experience with meter data management systems is an asset.
Proficient with computer systems and related programs including Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including ability to perform root cause analysis.
Advanced interpersonal and customer service skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of customer information processes, customer billing, payment transfer processes, and reporting tools.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to share knowledge and skills with others.

Advanced organizational skills, including ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and to cope with diversity and complexity in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
