PRODUCER RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR


Join our dedicated National team as a
Producer Recruitment Coordinator The Producer Recruitment Coordinator will assist the Customer Relations team with research, recruitment and building relationships with producers who join Circular Materials PRO and those who may be legally obligated under provincial stewardship programs supported by Circular Materials.

The role will serve as an ambassador for the organization focusing on building relationships with newly recruited producers. Circular Materials is seeking the support of an experienced outbound sales associated to fill this role.


Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with prospective producers to build relationships and communicate policies, rules, contractual requirements, legislation and regulations pertaining to the reporting of material tonnages and payment of fees.
  • Present, promote and recruit producers using well developed techniques.
  • Support development of tools, frequently asked questions, or other services such as webcast to educate producers/prospects about the stewardship programs.
  • Establish and maintain strong positive relationships with recruited producers.
  • Utilize various research techniques to identify and prioritize viable leads for prospecting and recruitment.
  • Lead producer recruitment/prospecting campaigns, including tracking of responses.
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of leads and prospect accounts within a Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Support in generating reports and metrics related to prospecting and recruitment activities/campaigns for internal or external clients.
  • Answer inbound queries related to membership, obligation, regulation.
  • Onboard prospects on the Welcome Process tracker. Ensure their onboarding reports are filed and invoiced correctly, work with Customer Relations team as needed to transition producers once onboarded.
  • When required, provide assistance to the Customer Relations team during reporting periods with tasks such as onboarding/general inquiries or at times report validation of prospected stewards.
  • Responsible for liaising with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to Circular Materials.

Internal Relationships

  • Work closely with Manager, Producer Onboarding, Customer Relations Manager and Director to prioritize work activities.
  • Work with the Compliance Department, where required, to support corrective measures and enforcement.
  • Work with Project Management Office on an as directed basis

External Relationships

  • Producers and/or prospective producers/customers under various Canadian legislation
  • Ministries of Environment/Government Authorities
  • Program Managers
  • Consultants
  • Other duties as assigned to support producers of Circular Materials.

What you bring:


Education:


  • A university degree or college diploma in Business Administration or Sales Management would be an asset or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Bilingualism is preferred but not required.

Experience:


  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive business development and outbound sales experience is required.
  • Customer service experience including account management is required.
  • Experience with contract management is an asset.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with extended producer responsibility and circular economy is an asset.
  • Experience working under a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) model/SAP.
  • Experience in engaging with problem solving with various actors within an organization, including senior directors and frontline staff.

Knowledge/Competencies/Skills:


  • Proven sales and business development capability.
  • Strong research capability and ability to be selfmotivated and able to work independently when required.
  • Knowledge of research methodology, principles, and processes.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel, SAP or database management skills with the willingness to learn.
  • Strong desire to develop and maintain positive customer relationships. Ability to problemsolve and successfully resolve conflicts.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with customers and colleagues. Good listening skills. Comfortable communicating with Stewards directly over the phone.
  • Flexible, adapting to new and changing tasks and can multitask in a fast paced and changing work environment.
  • Demonstrate and be knowledgeable about Circular Materials service offering.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent experience working in a CRM or ERP environment.
