Job Summary:


Come join the team at the Marshes Golf Club We are looking for Groundskeepers to join our turf maintenance department.

You will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of our golf course grounds, performing such tasks as mowing, edging.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Perform daily maintenance operations, such as raking bunkers, filling divots, and other related tasks.
  • Provide assistance to other departments in the maintenance and upkeep of the golf course grounds.
  • Ensure the golf course is always well maintained and presentable.
  • Perform daily maintenance of greens using various turf equipment and tools
  • Equipment includes, walk behind mowers, ride on mowers and utility carts
  • Tools include, trimmers, rakes, power washers, backpack blowers
  • Assist with aerating
  • Assist as directed on construction projects that involve sodding and seeding
  • Clean machines daily after use
  • Clean the shop and lunchroom areas if needed
  • Adhere to safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications:


  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Must be available for early morning shift (5:30am)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
