Position Overview:

Our team is looking for skilled bricklayers to lay bricks, stone, blocks and precast materials for residential and commercial construction projects.

Bricklayer Duties and responsibilities:

• Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools
• Lay bricks, concrete blocks, stone and precast materials
• Experience with natural stone, including limestone
• Work independently with a minimum of supervision
• Ensure tools are in working order, maintained, cleaned and charged
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Travel to job sites as required

Required Qualifications (no exceptions):

• Union Membership or willing to join
• 1+ years of experience with a masonry company
• Safety training certificates (ie. Current
• Working at Heights, WHMIS, OHSA Worker Awareness, etc)

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

• Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling
