Job description
I'm looking for a talented Cinematic Video Editor who can take raw footage and turn it into engaging, emotional 1–3 minute videos in a cinematic, home-movie style.
This is ideal for someone with a creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and color that feels personal yet polished.What You'll Be Editing:
Lifestyle / personal footage
Raw clips from events, travel, daily content, etc.
Audio sync (music + natural sound) for emotional impact
9:16 output for YouTube, social platforms, and archives

Color grade inspiration:
Warm, nostalgic, film-like tones (soft contrast, rich midtones) — example here:
You Should Be
Experienced in cinematic editing with dynamic pacing
Skilled with storytelling through visuals and sound
Great with color grading that feels emotive, not overly stylized
Able to deliver clean 9:16 final edits (1080p minimum)
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
