As a pastry chef-decorator, you will have to:
- respond to customers' needs and special requests by providing quality products that exceed their expectations;
- plan production efficiently to produce a quantity that meets the needs of the establishment;
- plan and control dry goods and perishable purchases to optimize quality, product production and profits.
