Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team at Jazz Aviation LP. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for greeting and serving passengers at airport counters and gates.Some of the key responsibilities include making reservations and assessing fares using an airline computerized system,
ticketing and completing daily sales reports,
passenger check-in,
checking and weighing baggage,
caldulating any excess baggage charges
Liaising with external customers such as ramp agents flight crew dispatch etc
.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience preferably in the airline industry or travel services.
