beBee Professionals is seeking a Commercial Legal Advisor to join our team in Greater Sudbury. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support to the organization on a variety of commercial matters.
The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the province of Ontario.
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment, with a focus on commercial law.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and intellectual property law.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a variety of commercial matters, including contract negotiation and drafting, corporate governance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
