Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:


  • Call all past clients to invite them back for the current tax season.
  • Develop client relations; greet customers, answer inquiries, and manage all
inbound & outbound calls.

  • Organize, file, and scan various documents; Ensure that the overall office is wellkept.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Introduce clients to a variety of other financial products and services available.
  • Uphold Office Standards; Punctuality & Businesscasual attire.

Requirements:


  • Enrolled or completed postsecondary program.
  • 1+ year experience in a customer service in a fastpaced office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to do shift work, evenings and weekends as required.

Please note some positions are part-time or full-time and all positions are seasonal.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week


Salary:
From $16.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • INNISFIL, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
