    We're seeking a professional who can analyze business needs, labor agreements, and system capabilities to make informed recommendations that balance compliance, usability, and long-term strategy. You will interpret complex requirements into precise technical configurations and explain them in a simple way to non-technical stakeholders.


    In this role, you'll lead with insight and judgment by analyzing systems and emerging technologies to deliver data-driven recommendations. You'll define system needs and goals while aligning the long-term HR technology strategy with business objectives.


    The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle or UKG Pro & Workforce Management along with exposure to ADP Workforce Now or analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI.
