Job Title: Key Part Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist customers with finding required parts, provide pricing information, and complete online orders.

• Solve problems related to missing or incorrect parts orders;
• Unload incoming shipments and organize inventory accordingly
• Provide technical assistance as needed to branch service technicians;}
   
• 'Place new stock order successfully';i Make correct bin adjustments, and report shipping/receiving data thoroughly.
  

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail is essential. Proficiency in computer software applications such as ERP systems would be beneficial but not necessary. A background in mechanical/electrical engineering is preferred for this role.
