Position Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Market Manager - GTA North


The Market Manager is responsible for developing key partnerships through driving in-field conversions, trial, and brand awareness which directly impacts our market share in your region of responsibility for our targeted Heavy Duty Partners.


What you will do:
The Market Manager assists in all Heavy Duty Partner activity to drive brand awareness in the territory.

In this position, the Market Manager will:

  • Work closely with our Sales and Core Trades Teams to develop strategic plans that align to the growth of our Heavy Duty Partners
  • Execute end user calls both independently and with distributor sales staff
  • Build strong relationships with end users and distribution partners
  • Effectively present and sell the Milwaukee advantage to our Heavy Duty Partners
  • Communicate with multiple functions involved in the selling and conversion process.-
  • Know your competition and their weaknesses
  • Operate within the established budget guidelines
  • Prepare and present monthly recaps and product forecasts for any large scale opportunities

What you have done:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience 23 years' experience in sales or related field
  • Possess effective business communication skills, broad business perspective and market savvy
  • Requires a valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • COVID19 Vaccinated
