Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the client's business goals, objectives and target audience.
  • Work with clients to develop their brand identity and unique selling proposition.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities, using data to inform decisionmaking and optimize strategies.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Manage cross functional teams providing guidance, mentorship, and support on client engagements.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing and business development, with a focus on the financial and retail sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisionmaking and optimize strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and business development best practices, including digital marketing, branding, and creative.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and business development strategies.
  • Experience managing accounts and teams to deliver high quality client work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in establishing communication strategies.
  • Previous retail & FSS sector experience are mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation software.
  • Ability to travel as required.
