Exceptional organization and strategic-thinking skills managing trades programming and coordinating training across the Company.
A demonstrated ability to plan and execute training schedules to ensure compliance training is being sustained.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver programs using a blended approach, including in-person instruction, e-learning and live remote training using virtual reality and augmented reality technologies.

Our engaging workplace offers a wide range of challenging opportunities, while being safe, inclusive and diverse. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, while supporting life-long career development. We also encourage volunteerism and nourish the need to give back to your community.
