- prepared vehicles and equipment for our transfers, coordination of crews in and out of our base location, and the continued development of highly qualified personnel.

1 year paramedic experience preferred
Experience in training staff preferred
35 years experience in management of staff
Excellent communication skills
Computer Literacy
Good reasoning and problemsolving skills
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance, mentoring and support to employees to achieve employee goals
Ensure awareness of all new and existing policy and procedures and monitor compliance
Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with employees and fellow Leadership
Support, train and assist staff as necessary
Document all relevant information and communicate within proper internal systems

Documents and certificates required for employment: (may be obtained in the pre employment process)

Clear Criminal Record (Child Abuse Check, Adult Check & Vulnerable)
Class 4F Drivers License (& Drivers Abstract)
Standard First Aid w/ CPR (Level HCP/ BLS)
Medical Clearance
