Shift Supervisor

- prepared vehicles and equipment for our transfers, coordination of crews in and out of our base location, and the continued development of highly qualified personnel.
- 1 year paramedic experience preferred
- Experience in training staff preferred
- 35 years experience in management of staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer Literacy
- Good reasoning and problemsolving skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, mentoring and support to employees to achieve employee goals
- Ensure awareness of all new and existing policy and procedures and monitor compliance
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with employees and fellow Leadership
- Support, train and assist staff as necessary
- Document all relevant information and communicate within proper internal systems
Documents and certificates required for employment: (may be obtained in the pre employment process)
- Clear Criminal Record (Child Abuse Check, Adult Check & Vulnerable)
- Class 4F Drivers License (& Drivers Abstract)
- Standard First Aid w/ CPR (Level HCP/ BLS)
- Medical Clearance
