- prepared vehicles and equipment for our transfers, coordination of crews in and out of our base location, and the continued development of highly qualified personnel.

  • 1 year paramedic experience preferred
  • Experience in training staff preferred
  • 35 years experience in management of staff
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Good reasoning and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide guidance, mentoring and support to employees to achieve employee goals
  • Ensure awareness of all new and existing policy and procedures and monitor compliance
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with employees and fellow Leadership
  • Support, train and assist staff as necessary
  • Document all relevant information and communicate within proper internal systems

Documents and certificates required for employment: (may be obtained in the pre employment process)

  • Clear Criminal Record (Child Abuse Check, Adult Check & Vulnerable)
  • Class 4F Drivers License (& Drivers Abstract)
  • Standard First Aid w/ CPR (Level HCP/ BLS)
  • Medical Clearance

Experience:
