Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our clinic.

This is a position that offers the opportunity for growth within our clinic. The receptionist is expected to be a high-level professional, preferably with experience in the aesthetic industry.


Your responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and other visitors to the clinic
• Assist doctors whenever necessary
• Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary
• Assist with cleaning throughout the clinic as needed

Your experience

• Preferably previous related experience in the aesthetic industry or medical clinic environment
• Native or Fluent English.
• Successful completion of a postsecondary certificate or diploma in Medical Administration or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of discretion
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Highly effective organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent
• Experience working within an EMR (Our clinic uses Jane and this would be a huge asset)
