Your future duties and responsibilities

Proven hands on agile delivery experience a must
Hands on experience implementing scaled agile / SAFe in a large financial organization
Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Establish planning process and forums for all teams
Establish Agile 101 training process for new team members
Team adoption of metrics as defined by client
Define portfolio level metrics and reporting
Establish impediment escalation process and forum
May require work to define an impediment process
Define Continuous Improvement framework or Maturity Plan(s) for client based on analysis of team maturity and performance
Provide PO & SM coaching as needed
For PO focus would be on backlogs which would lead to planning
FI experience an asset
Transitioned from a project to a productbased organization an asset
Executive presence an asset
