Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Proven hands on agile delivery experience a must
  • Hands on experience implementing scaled agile / SAFe in a large financial organization
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Establish planning process and forums for all teams
  • Establish Agile 101 training process for new team members
  • Team adoption of metrics as defined by client
  • Define portfolio level metrics and reporting
  • Establish impediment escalation process and forum
  • May require work to define an impediment process
  • Define Continuous Improvement framework or Maturity Plan(s) for client based on analysis of team maturity and performance
  • Provide PO & SM coaching as needed
  • For PO focus would be on backlogs which would lead to planning
  • FI experience an asset
  • Transitioned from a project to a productbased organization an asset
  • Executive presence an asset
