Description
We are currently looking for aNew Business Administrator to join our team.
This role has a hybrid work arrangement, required to work on site in our Calgary office with flexibility to work from home a few days a week.
YOUR ROLE
New Business Administrators are responsible for setting up new client accounts while delivering exceptional customer service.
YOUR IMPACT
- Setting up accounts for new clients in WEBS and CRM
- Processing new account information within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Review submitted new business paperwork to ensure it is complete for processing
- Identify errors or omissions on enrollment information and work with the Client Service Coordinator as needed for correction
- Plan design set up on claims payment systems
- Effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of business processes
- Other duties as the organization requires
THIS IS YOU
- Expert in Client Service with outstanding written communication skills
- Strong keyboarding with numberpad familiarity and a minimum keyboarding speed of 40 wpm with mínimal errors
- Microsoft office
- Must have a strong command of the English language, both written and oral
- Proven above average analytical, organizational, time management and planning skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and critical thinking with strong dataentry skills
- Ability to prioritize and must be able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Selfmotivated, results oriented and able to work independently. Demonstrates good judgement with the ability to accomplish tasks expediently
- Reliable team member with good attendance
- Desire to learn new information on an ongoing basis
THIS IS NICE
- Completion of postsecondary education an asset
- Experience in the group benefits industry would be considered an asset but is not a requirement
