IMMEDIATE OPENING
Clarke North America div of TFI International is premium transportation services provider in Canada.

Currently, we are searching for an experienced Technical Support Specialist Level II to join our team in the Vaughan Office.


Responsibilities:


  • Deployment and maintenance of Windows 10+, Office 365, Teams, Webex, and helpdesk system.
  • Show leadership while assisting users with a range of technical issues.
  • Experience working with network, switches, and network deployment.
  • Perform computer and security audits, and system backups and recovery.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Good multitasking, collaboration, and time management skills are required.
  • Ability to provide support after hours and weekends on rotation basis.
  • Knowledge of iSeries/AS400 environment and/or working with Truckmate or similar TMS would be an asset.

Qualifications:


  • Completion of 3+ year of postsecondary education.
  • Certification in network management and Windows server administration ana management.
  • Experience with Cisco / Fortinet routers and switches, and network management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, Webservers, FTP servers, Office 365, MS Teams, Webex.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment and routine duties.
  • Selfmotivated, analytical, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally may be required.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
