About the Opportunity


Reporting to the Account Manager and/or Executive Producer, the Brand Experience Account Coordinator is an integral partner in a work group of event, partnership, and experiential marketing specialists.

The Brand Experience Account Coordinator provides support and assistance in managing client business and ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly.

The Coordinator sets the tone for how accounts are managed by assuring focus on and timely delivery against key client objectives including strategy, ideation, budgeting, production, delivering and reconciliation.

The Coordinator will collaborate on consumer program development, marketing ideas and concepts, digital integration, and live event experiences with a focus on campaign improvements and removing operational roadblocks to drive success.


As a member of the Client Services/Program Management team, the Brand Experience Account Coordinator will work on multiple projects at once, supporting the Account Manager(s), Account Director and Executive Producer in managing the day-to-day relationship with work group clients, anticipating their integrated marketing and experiential needs.


Responsibilities:

Coordinate the account and project development process for clients from initiation through to execution adhering to agency/client workflow processes and standards including:
Client Services

  • Coordinate, schedule, and assist with client programs including meetings and presentations
  • Support the creation and delivery of client presentations with a keen creative eye to create and design client presentations in PowerPoint and Canva
  • Update documents, presentations, and reports with feedback from the Client Services/Program Management team; distribute as needed
  • Develop campaign postmortem documents by liaising with client team, strategy, creative and production
  • Build trusting, collaborative relationships with clients at appropriate levels
Program Coordination

  • Coordinate multilayered projects by engaging with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure client program success, including consultants, creatives, and production staff
  • Perform research while also being able to think "outside the box" as required to ensure all ideas and strategies are backed up with insights based on data
  • Support the creation, planning, execution, and delivery of materials for social channel
  • Coordinate and execute project logistics and communication with partners and vendors as assigned by Account Manager and/or Director
Financial Management

  • Admin management of projects from docket creation, to invoicing to financial reconciliation of mandates.
  • Support the building, tracking and reconciliation of program budgets as approved by the Account Director and/or Executive Producer
  • Support the sourcing and negotiation of terms with vendors to meet service expectations and ensure appropriate expense management
Business Development & Management

  • Administrative duties assigned such as meeting set up, booking travel, processing expenses, etc.
  • Support proposal development for new business and organic business as needed
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education

Post-secondary education in business administration, marketing, or communications

Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in similar function in customer marketing, shopper marketing, consumer promotions or partnership marketing or a relevant integrated marketing agency
  • Experience working in the digital and/or social space
  • Proficient using Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and creative presentation tools such as Canva.
