• Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or issues
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any financialrelated inquiries or concerns

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
• Proficiency in Quickbooks accounting software
• Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, budgeting, and payroll processes
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies or issues in financial records
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
