As a server, you'll be the face of our restaurant, Rhythm & Howl, and responsible for our customers' experiences.

The primary responsibilities of this role will be ensuring that our tables are clean and tidy for when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages.

Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
Attend to customers upon entrance as per brand standards.
Present restaurant menus and provide appropriate food and beverage recommendations.
Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff to improve workflow and guest experience.
Handle complaints or problems in a positive and productive manner.
Respond to patrons' requests and inform management of any complaints.
Rotate beverages and food items in service fridges to ensure freshness and order.
Minimum 3 years restaurant serving or waitering experience.
