Together We deployed the first-ever nationwide ticketing system which processes over 50 million ticketing transactions in 100 cities daily.

We are looking for a E2 DevOps Analyst to join our Engineer Environment department team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Definitive Media Library(DML) in Artifactory
  • Responsible in aligning Engineering Environments against the state of the art practices for CI/CD
  • Responsible in migrating infrastructure components onto containerized ones
  • Responsible for implementing SW pipelines, in collaboration with SW Engineering department
  • Responsible for implementing automation for CI/CD, and overall deployment related needs
  • Responsible for assisting in Application maintenance and upgrades
  • Responsible in supporting dayto day team activities, based on customers technical issues and request for support
  • Contribute in ensuring that allocated activities are in accordance with the group policies and mandates

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge and experience with: a.)
Scripting (Python, Batch, Shell, Groovy); b.) GIT Flow; c.) Linux and Windows administration and d.) Jfrog (Artifactory)- Knowledge and experience with:

a.) CI/CD solutions (Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket); b.) Automation (Ansible / Puppet ); c.) Containerisation techniques and principles (Kubernetes / Docker); d.) Atlassian Tools (JIRA, JIRA Service Management, Bitbucket, Confluence) and e.)

Database (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with: Data analytics (Power BI); Administration of CI/CD Applications; Ansible and Ansible roles coding; Coding in Docker; Kubernetes and EKS and Virtualization tools (VmWare, AWS, Google Cloud, ECS, EKS etc.)


This position requires direct or indirect access to hardware, software, technology or technical data controlled under the Canadian Export Control List, Canadian Controlled Goods Program, the Canadian Industrial Security Program, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

All applicants must be able to meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and able to obtain a Canadian NATO Secret clearance.
