Job Summary

Various responsibilities and/or assisting with:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Entry level assisting with scheduling and coordinating field staff, repairs, and maintaining dispatch board efficiently. Good for High School graduate with some office or hvac office experience.
  • Communicate with customers and provide updates on the status of service, changes or cancellations
  • Monitor and maintain employee licenses and training
  • Assist with fleet management of vehicles, GPS, cell phones
  • Service billing and invoicing
  • Maintain electronic filing system
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain contact lists customers and employees
  • Book travel arrangements for out of town jobs
  • Recruiting or onboarding new staff
  • Additional tasks as required

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • Some office experience
  • Dispatch experience an asset
  • Experience in the service industry or construction industry an asset
  • Ability to take direction and learn new tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees, customers and vendors.
  • Some light HR assisting with posting for recruiting and onboarding new hires
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Ability to work independently, manage own time and take direction from a team in order to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Primarily Word, Outlook and Excel) is required

Salary:
$18.00-$26.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 25 per week
