Job Summary
Various responsibilities and/or assisting with:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Entry level assisting with scheduling and coordinating field staff, repairs, and maintaining dispatch board efficiently. Good for High School graduate with some office or hvac office experience.
- Communicate with customers and provide updates on the status of service, changes or cancellations
- Monitor and maintain employee licenses and training
- Assist with fleet management of vehicles, GPS, cell phones
- Service billing and invoicing
- Maintain electronic filing system
- Order office supplies
- Maintain contact lists customers and employees
- Book travel arrangements for out of town jobs
- Recruiting or onboarding new staff
- Additional tasks as required

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Some office experience
- Dispatch experience an asset
- Experience in the service industry or construction industry an asset
- Ability to take direction and learn new tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees, customers and vendors.
- Some light HR assisting with posting for recruiting and onboarding new hires
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently, manage own time and take direction from a team in order to complete tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Primarily Word, Outlook and Excel) is required

$18.00-$26.00 per hour
