A Japanese fully licensed cryptocurrency trading and exchange platform provider is looking for a passionate and collaborative Account Opening Operator for a Full-time worker in our Vancouver Office.

土日祝日含めた365日を、チームのメンバーとシフトを組んで回していただきます。
暗号資産事業における顧客の口座管理業務を中心に担当いただきます。
未経験でもブロックチェーン・暗号資産業界にご興味をお持ちの方ならご検討ください。

[主な業務]

・口座開設に伴うKYC実務、およびその管理業務
・CDD関連実務、およびその管理業務

[必須条件]
・事務業務経験あり
・PC基本スキル(Excel、Word入力程度)
・永住権、市民権またはカナダ就労ビザ(ワーホリビザをお持ちの方は8ヶ月以上)
・コミュニケーション力
・KYC/CDD業務処理における正確性
・個人プレーだけでなくチームとして協力しながら働ける方
・土日祝勤務可能な方

[歓迎条件]

・金融または暗号資産交換業界におけるKYC/CDD関連業務経験

・AML/CFTに関する知見

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to start a financial division at our new Toronto office.

=Duties / Responsibilities for Account opening operator=
・KYC (Know Your Customer) and its management tasks for opening new customer accounts
・CDD and its management task

=Skills and abilities (must)=
・Experience in KYC/CDD in the financial industry
・Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
・Canadian or Permanent residents or Open Work Permit
・Business level communication in Japanese
・Business level communication in English
・Strong attention to detail and accuracy
・Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, use discretion, diplomacy and tact.
・Excellent organizational and time management skills
・Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while continuously simplifying and prioritizing to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
・Self directed but able to work in a team environment
・Communications skills
・Able to anticipate needs of team members
・Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
・Enthusiasm to work in blockchain and cryptocurrency industry

=Skills and abilities (preferred)=
・Experience in KYC/CDD in the cryptocurrency exchange industry
・AML/CFT understanding

Salary:
$35,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
