Description
Job Duties

  • Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments across the organization.
  • Prepare forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary.
  • Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, and other correspondence.
  • Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files in their proper locations.
  • Prepare EndofDay deposits and administer Petty Cash records
  • Order office and shop supplies; organize maintenance appointments for facility
  • Rental Counter duties: Open and close contracts, organize freight for rentals
  • Assist in other departments when necessary.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience. Office Assistant Certificate would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Basic typing skills at 45 words per minute.
  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering, as well as inventory control of these items.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software platforms, including Excel and Word
  • Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases.
  • Meticulous records maintenance skills.
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
A Criminal Record check is required.
