Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Driving Technical Charter towards, preparing Upliftment Program and pushing resources to next level competence through Tailor made programs across all levels and increase fresher intake.

Plan & Manage the Technical Certifications for Top demands in skills related to Cloud and Infra security.
Having Infrastructure technical back ground in compute or network technology
Driving P1/P2 issues and guiding team on problem solving techniques
Plan & Fresher intake planning & enablement for the Practice Competency
Career guidance & assistance to people towards people aspirations aligning with organizational goals.
Collaborates with Practice teams - GTM, Sales, Alliances in building the skill capabilities towards practice strategic initiatives
Collaborates with Workforce management team in tracking & addressing fulfilment through enablement plans, mentoring & career counselling
Align training investments towards existing capability build for delivery enhancement as well as for pipeline & futuristic demands

Key Skills

Be fully bilingual, written and spoken (French & English)
15+ years of experience, out of which 5+ years in project management
Should have technical handson experience in any of Network/ IT Infrastructure Security / Cloud
External Certification on Network/Firewall/Proxy/End Point Protection/Cloud would be an added advantage.
Experience in competency roles, knowledge management, Skill uplift programs would be a plus
Should have experience to handle virtual teams and ability to work in matrix organization
