Overview:

Fuller Industrial, a manufacturer and distributor carbon steel process piping systems, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.

The position is to oversee, manage and improve day to day operations of our plant and operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
Manage daytoday operations, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
Monitor performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
Lead and mentor a team of employees to achieve operational goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
