What you'll be doing
As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you'll work in a fast-paced Banking Centre.
As a Client Engagement Representative, you will be the first point of contact for most clients entering the banking centre and will engage clients in conversation to understand their immediate needs and identify opportunities.
You'll use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day-to-day banking needs and introduce them to the appropriate team member.
