MATHNASIUM - The Math Learning Centre is your neighbourhood math-only learning centre that teaches kids math the way that makes sense to them.

We are Hiring a Result Driven Assistant Centre Director**:

Part Time: 1 Position

Centre Hours - Monday to Thursdays pm and Sundays 12Noon-5pm

The primary focus of this role will be to:

Engage, build rapport and support prospective customers, from their initial enquiry through to program registration.
Be the first point of contact for all inbound and outbound calls from customers providing full, accurate and detailed information on Mathnasium programs.
Nurture leads to reengage customers after their initial enquiry
Hunter Personality with a Result driven approach to business development
Administer Mathnasium curriculum through student assessment and diagnosis, development of learning plans, and documentation of progress
Manage student learning environment and daily session activities
Manage a team of Instructors to deliver excellent instruction that aligns with Mathnasium methodology
Communicate regularly with parents.
Provide superior customer service that results in student retention
Conduct marketing and networking activities. Social media marketing a plus
Complete other administrative responsibilities
Provide input to strategic directions and decisions
Openminded to learning new methods of teaching and problem solving
Energetic with a professional attitude
Ability to create a sense of comfort in parents and children that they are in good hands
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and manage time effectively
Good leadership and management skills
Excellent child management skills
Excellent Interpersonal communication skills
Be able to demonstrate the desire and passion to drive and achieve targets
Have experience of working with stakeholders at all levels
Have a LOVE for Math
