- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution with specializations in Math and General Science
- Ontario College of Teachers certification, or equivalent, with I/S qualifications in General Math, General Science
- Minimum three years of teaching experience preferred
- Experience in and knowledge of IB is a strong asset
- Strong curriculum development skills and assessment practices
- A relational educator who incorporates Social-Emotional Learning and emotional coaching strategies
- Experience and/or commitment to incorporating DEI principles into curriculum development and teaching practice
- Knowledge of relevant technology and able to work in a laptop and online environment
- Adept at leveraging technology to deliver education program
- Belief in and alignment to Branksome Hall's mission, vision, and values
- Passionate about teaching and being in service of students and the community
- Ability to work both independently with little direct supervision as well as be a collaborative team member
