Job description:


Our team is growing and we are actively looking to hire a Cyber Program Specialist, master in area of expertise typically obtained through advanced education and experience, responsible to oversee and support the key initiatives within cybersecurity program; Direct, deliver or ensure the delivery of cyber security projects / initiatives; Develop, implement, review, and amend cyber security policies, procedures, and practices; Influences decisions made by leadership.


Accountabilities:


Cyber Project/Program Management 80%

  • Plan, Design, Implement and Support key initiatives and projects within the cybersecurity program
  • Manage and deliver or ensure delivery quality of Cybersecurity projects/initiatives practicing effective methodologies such as PMI, Agile and Lean as necessary
  • Assess and continuously improve service delivery within cybersecurity program thru effective communications, lessons learned and risk mitigation
  • Report on status, risk management, budget/cost, success criteria and reporting as required
  • Define and implement key performance indicators for cybersecurity based on the services and security controls implemented
  • Develop, implement, review and amend cyber security policies, procedures and practices
  • Support education, awareness and training campaigns to ensure ACG workforce are aware of cyber threats, cybersecurity policies, procedures and practices and appropriately informed of their responsibilities

Resource management - 20%

  • Lead one or more project teams of cyber professionals to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment.
  • Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Project Manager (PMP). Requires 10+ years of related experience in project management within IT
  • Certified Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), CISA, CRISC, CEH, PMP or related certifications
  • Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile and Lean methodology and principles.
  • EndtoEnd project coordination and collaboration.
  • Code versioning tools (e.g. GIT).
  • Data visualization tools to prepare flow charts, models, and other documentation used in leadership decisionmaking (e.g. Visio).
  • Trouble ticketing tools.
