Administrative Assistant
Lightwater Cove is a family owned and operated eco luxury retreat on Salt Spring Island, BC. We are a growing company that prides ourselves on providing a warm and friendly environment for our guests. We are looking for an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to provide support to our guests, founders and CEO.

This position is responsible for greeting and orienting guests, scheduling guests, overseeing schedules, taking payments, answering the phone, scaning, filing and general administrative duties.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greet guests
  • Schedule bookings
  • Collect payments
  • File documents
  • Type documents
  • Scan documents
  • File paperwork
  • Maintain office and welcoming hall cleanliness including sweep of the floor and vacuum as needed
  • Assist guests with questions or problems
  • Keep accurate records of all guest correspondence
  • Maintain an orderly office filing system
  • Provide general support to guests and managment as needed
