Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions for roles in the solar industry.
  • Stay uptodate with solar industry developments to understand evolving skill requirements.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Deep understanding of solar technology and industryspecific recruitment processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with solar industry certifications and qualifications.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software

Salary:
$40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
