Job Overview
We're seeking a licensed Mortgage Agent Level 1/Level 2/Broker to join our dynamic team. You'll help clients navigate the mortgage process, build lasting relationships, and grow your career in a supportive, tech-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess mortgage needs and recommend solutions
- Negotiate terms with lenders to secure favorable options
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals
- Provide timely and professional customer service
Qualifications
- Licensed as a mortgage agent/broker in Ontario
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or sales (office experience preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
- Experience in financial services is an asset
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable
