In the Contact Centre we operate on the philosophy of One Team, One Goal.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Customer Care, our Customer Service Representatives are the liaison between Coast Appliances and our current and potential customers.

The
Customer Service Representative duties include, but are not limited to:

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Manage inbound and outbound conversations
Identify customers' needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Submit in warranty service requests & cosmetic damage claims to manufacturers
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Act as a liaison between our branches/warehouses & the customer
