We are expanding our suite of services offered in the West-Island.
We are looking for a team leader who will bring the same quality and care to our clients for horticultural and gardening services, as we currently provide in tree management & preservation.
_

Vision Landscapes is a West-Island leader in tree management & preservation.

Beginning with basic landscaping services in 2009, we quickly became a household name for hedge trimming, and now tree work.

We are a small 6-10 person company.

We visit hundreds of homes a year and see an opportunity to use our good reputation to grow a horticultural division in the company.

Requirements_

Experience and knowledge in garden maintenance and plantation.
Basic garden design experience is an asset.
The ability to lead a team and communicate instructions.
The ability to work solo as well.
To be able to lift 50lbs.
A professional, friendly and courteous demeanor when dealing with clients.
Able to work as part of a team in a physically demanding environment.
Be teachable, friendly and have a good attention to detail.
Have a valid Class 5 driver's license. Feel comfortable driving a pickup truck.

Tasks_

Performing seasonal maintenance in annual and perennial gardens.
Trimming and shaping of small shrubs and hedges.
Garden bed weeding and cleaning.
Basic design, plantation, and maintenance of such gardens.
Mulch delivery and installations.

Additional:
To be discussed.

Assisting the tree and hedge care teams when needed.

Additional Details:_

For the Tree work: Because we work primarily around the West Island of Montreal, we meet in Pierrefonds and travel together in the work vehicles to the job sites.
Job Openings: Fulltime or Part time, Permanent or Temporary.
Schedule 6:30 meetup in Pierrefonds. We typically work until 4PM +/ with some days being 5pm
Monday to Friday, we never work on weekends.

Expected start date:
Spring 2024

Salary:
$1,000.00-$1,250.00 per week
