    Reporting to the Logistics and Planning Manager, the Customer Service Agent is responsible to offer organizational and administrative support to the department and to Agropur clientele. The successful candidate will be filling a temporary vacancy for the duration of a 12-month maternity leave, plus the required training period.

    • What's involved in this role

  • Order Entry
  • Schedule and arrange transportation of goods
  • Create warehouse tasks
  • Manage inventory
  • Receive and document sales request from customers via inbound telephone calls.
  • Be responsible to provide customer support related to the organization's products and services.
  • Respond to routine inquiries.

  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration is considered an asset
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Demonstrate consistency, quality, and accuracy in their work performance
  • Strong proficiency on the computer
