_Responsibilities_
Process and enter customer orders and quotes

Excellent computer skills

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Willingly assist with any other duties as needed

_Requirements_
Proven customer support experience or as a client service representative (technical background an asset)

Excellent telephone communication skills and superior listening skills

Customer focused with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities

Professional calm manner when interacting with difficult customer situations

Patient and friendly team player that gets along with others

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

High school diploma
