Shipping Receiving Associate - Moncton

Job Summary
Loading and unloading merchandise using designated equipment Receiving special orders as well as stock replacement Identifying and reading vendor packing slips carrier shipping documents UPC labels and other documents comparing to purchase orders to ensure accuracy Counting carton freight and merchandise to satisfy freight bill Following appropriate procedures to ship and receive transferred merchandise Researching shipment/paperwork discrepancies resolving scheduling or delivery issues/conflicts Maintaining lift equipment Following Standard Operating Procedures SOP Moving freight from receiving to designated staging areas using the appropriate equipment communicating with the Shipping Team to ensure merchandise is optimally staged Cleaning maintaining shipping and receiving areas e g removing pallets cardboard boxes from floor clearing area make room new merchandise Providing additional help in our Packaging Slab Door Moulding departments when required
