The Newrich Network is expanding and looking to hire a talented IT recruiter to join our fast growing company

As an IT Recruiter at Newrich Network, you'll get to:

Manage the complete cycle of the hiring process (taking requirements from managers, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, etc.).
Coordinate with all parties involved in the talent acquisition process (managers, technical experts, etc.) during the selection process;
Contribute to the definition, evolution and deployment of the employer brand in collaboration with the marketing team;
Monitor best practices in talent acquisition in order to improve recruitment and selection processes and tools;
Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements:

What you need to succeed:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position;
Knowledge of IT and software development;
Master the use of social media and the best sourcing techniques;
Fluency in English both written and spoken;
Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully solicit, convince and close successful hires;
Knowledge of an ATS system, we use Workable;
Knowledge of common job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Basic knowledge of HR will be considered an asset
Knowledge of the DFO tool will be considered an asset;
Be passionate about people and their stories in order to identify the best cultural fits;
